We take the protection of your data seriously. This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics services.
The controller for data processing is the operator named in the legal notice.
The data entered in the form (name, phone, optionally email, ride details) is used solely to process your request and to contact you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is delivered to us by email. To protect against automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Turnstile sets no advertising cookies and builds no user profile.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Your request is sent via Scaleway (data centre in France, EU). It is then received and stored in our email mailbox at Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). Data processing agreements are in place with all of these providers; any transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Request data is stored only as long as needed to handle the ride and to meet legal retention obligations.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Simply contact us via the details in the legal notice.
